Start by personalizing your product. Once you're done, add it to your cart. Your custom item will ship within 2–10 weeks, depending on the product and customization level.
All CEEME Hair Toppers, Half Head Wigs, and Wigs come with CEEME's Signature Brush. Head Grip and Scalp Tape are only included in specific product construction.

Please allow 2-10 weeks for the creation and shipment of your custom hairpiece. While we understand your excitement to receive your new look, crafting each piece to perfection takes time. Customization options and product complexity can influence delivery times. Toppers and wigs typically require a longer production process in comparison to clip-in hair extensions.
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any customized items. Each product is meticulously crafted to meet the specific requirements of your order, making it difficult to resell or repurpose.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe there is an error or defect in your customized product, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receiving your order, within 48 hours of delivery. Our dedicated team will work diligently to investigate your claim.
