Here at CEEME, we're committed to getting your hair extensions to you quickly and safely. Let's break down the details:
Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Times:
Please allow 2-8 weeks for the creation and shipment of your custom hairpiece. While we understand your excitement to receive your new look, crafting each piece to perfection takes time. Customization options and product complexity can influence delivery times. Toppers and wigs typically require a longer production process in comparison to clip-in hair extensions.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Domestic Returns (Returned Packages):
We understand that sometimes things come up. If a domestic shipment returns to us because of an unavailable customer, incorrect/incomplete address, or customer rejection, we will charge a restocking fee and provide you the remaining balance as a store credit in your account to be utilized within 6 months.
Important Information for International Orders:
Customs Fees and Taxes: We aren't responsible for any customs fees or taxes your shipment may encounter upon delivery.
DDU Shipping: All international orders utilize DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping. This means customs fees and import taxes aren't included in the purchase price and will be levied upon arrival. The specific charges will depend on your local customs authority and must be paid directly to them or the carrier to receive your order.
Rejected International Shipments: We cannot accept returns on international shipments that are rejected by the customer.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order! We process orders swiftly, so changes may not be possible after a short period. If you need to cancel or change the address, contact us immediately at info@ceemehair.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee success.
Delivered But Not Received:
All orders come with a tracking number. If the tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local courier service for assistance. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier.
