Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our website.

Customized Products
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any customized items. Each product is meticulously crafted to meet the specific requirements of your order, making it difficult to resell or repurpose.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe there is an error or defect in your customized product, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receiving your order, within 48 hours of delivery. Our dedicated team will work diligently to investigate your claim.

If, after thorough examination, we determine that there was indeed a mistake on our part, we will offer you one of the following options:
• Product Exchange: We will replace the defective or incorrect product with a new, correctly customized item at no additional cost to you.
• Full Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or preferred, we will provide a full refund for the product.

Please note that to initiate a return or exchange for a potential defect or error, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Non-Customized Products

For non-customized products, we offer a return and exchange policy for your convenience. You may return or exchange your non-customized product within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange for a non-customized product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Contact our customer support team for returns and they will provide an RA# and shipping instructions. Returns without a RA# will not be accepted.
  2. Pack the Product: Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the Product: Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:(1) We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product is not in its original condition or if the return policy guidelines are not followed. (2) We would like to inform you that we have a limit of two returns per customer. This means that if you have returned a product twice and would like to return another, we will not be able accept a return for the third order.

Additional Information
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Exchange Policy without prior notice.
